I wouldn't work for this company for all the fries in McDonalds.

"A job should be something you do for that magical period of time when you are the best person for that job and that job is the best position for you. Once you stop learning or stop excelling, that’s the moment for you to pass that spot onto someone who is better fitted for it and to move on to a better role for you."

i.e. we'll use you as long as we think you're useful, then cast you aside.

There's an assumption in this "team not family" approach that it will lead to greater performance and therefore profits; there's plenty of other great profitable companies however, who treat their employees as more than interchangeable parts.

As Mando might say, #ThisIsNotTheWay.
